Calling experienced New Home Negotiators

My client is seeking ambitious Sales Negotiator with experience selling new homes to be based in South East London.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be joining an experienced New Homes team based in South East London. The company have been running for over 40 years and have won multiple awards as a Residential Developer for their unique designs. They have an excellent team culture throughout the business supporting and developing their stuff, as well as offering a basic salary and uncapped commission. As Sales Consultant you will receive development training, top basic salary and uncapped commission.


* Meeting and greeting customers in the sales suite
* Conducting viewings
* Consulting potential buyers and qualifying their requirements
* Advising customers on the sales journey and assisting through to completion
* Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date
* Ensuring you adhere to company policy and ethos


* You MUST have AT LEAST 1 years experience in the New Homes sector
* Previous experience working for a residential developer is preferred but not essential
* Sound knowledge of the current property market
* Excellent negation and closing skills is essential
* You must be ambitious and personable
* Must be self motivated and able to work alone as well as in a team
* You must understand the importance of customer service
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
