Do you have a solid property sales background?

If so we have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a company based in East London. This is a fast paced and rewarding job.

The Company

They are one of the largest residential developers in the UK. They have won numerous awards and are officially a 5* house builder. Their builds range from prestigious sky rise apartments in the City to stylish town house in the suburbs. The successful Sales Progressor will be joining a buzzing team in East London with a current turnover of £500M.

You will be:

* Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion as quickly as possible
* Lease with solicitors and all relevant parties
* Update weekly sales spread sheets
* Keep all parties informed with accurate details of the purchase
* Report to the Head of Sales
* Lease with all relevant internal teams
* Face to face meets with buyers
* Ensure that the exchange deadline is met


* You must have experience in a similar role, either with a developer, housing association or an estate agents
* Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
* Possess excellent negotiating skills
* You must be proficient on Microsoft office and have good computer skills
* You must be able to build strong relationships with clients
* You must be persistent
* Excellent administration skills
* Good attention to detail
