Looking for your next long term contract? Have you got some tier 1 main contractor experience?

We are currently looking for a Section Engineer to work on a freelance basis until Summer next year. This role will be delivering heavy Civil Engineering packages such as roads, drainage, kerbs and Earthworks.

Candidates need to be flexible working night shift where there will be an uplift and shall interview immediately for the earliest possible start.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Overseeing and being responsible for all site staff and subcontractors as well as attending client meetings
* Management of subcontractors and logistics
* Producing a high level of paperwork e.g. RAMS, ITP's, RFI's and QA sheets etc.
* Overseeing rolling programme, inspection and test plans
* Checking the quality of the works completed on site.

Candidate requirements

* Main contractor experience within heavy civil projects.
* Previously worked in a Section Engineer position delivering Civil and M&E packages
* Valid Degree qualification or equivalent
* Valid CSCS ticket
