Do you have experience teaching in SEN settings? Are you a passionate and qualified secondary teacher with specialism in IT and Media? Are you looking for a full time and permanent position? If you answered "yes" to these questions this is the role for you!

I am seeking a qualified IT and media teacher to join a warm and lovely specialised school based in the Crawley area. The school is a new special needs school and is dedicated to providing a curriculum that meets the needs of all its students who are aged 6 - 16 years old. Students have various needs - autism and ADHD and every learner is treated as an individual. You will be teaching secondary students in IT and media but also teach a primary class for PPA cover. You will be working in a team who are all very passionate making a difference to the students and you will have a big impact on the school!

● Teaching Qualification is essential
● Relevant teaching experience within SEND is desirable but not essential
● Relevant knowledge of the current national curriculum
● Eligibility to work in the UK
● Being able to work full time is desirable but not essential

* Plan and deliver creative and innovative lessons
* Possess and maintain a deep and secure knowledge of IT and media.
* Create a challenging and stimulating learning environment that will motivate pupils to learn, think independently, empathise with others, and perform to the best of their abilities.
* Be aware of the learning needs of the pupils you teach and ensure that each student is given every opportunity to fulfil his/her potential.
* Have the passion to teach and to make a difference.
