This non-maintained specialised school and college in the Brighton area is designed to meet the educational, behavioural, care and therapeutic needs for young adults.
The learners have a range of special needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting a small of group learners educationally and pastorally
Encourage learners to be independent
Comfortable with, and confident to, work directly with learners
Positive and compassionate attitude towards learners

The ideal candidate may posses the following skills and capabilities:
Experience of working with or caring for young people on the autistic spectrum
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Basic knowledge of first-aid is desirable
Good ICT skills with a wide variety of IT resources
Good team working skills
