Job responsibilities:
- Participate in all activities
- Shadow the main teacher to fully understand the structure of the classroom
- Attend meetings and training sessions each week
- Work alongside each student to help them overcome any barriers to learning
- Develop your understanding of Autism and Speech and language needs through theoretical practice

Key Skills:
- You must have experienced in SEN education, Care, Support Work or Nursing
- You must be motivated to improve your skills via specialised training
- You must have your own means of transport
