A wonderful special needs school near East Grinstead are looking for a part-time teacher to teach KS2 Maths and English. You will be working with students who have physical disabilities and associated learning difficulties to ensure they reach their full potential. You will be provided with top quality support to ensure that each learner's individual learning needs are met.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Tailoring learning techniques to individual learners
-Planning lessons and marking work
-Striving to meet your pupil's targets
-Providing feedback to students on progress and development
-Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
-Working alongside speech and language therapists and communication assistants to support students' communication
-Adapting teaching methods to suit individual learners' needs and education plans

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:
-Be flexible and creative in your approach to learning techniques.
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-Be able to teach a variety of subjects with a focus on Maths and English
-Be able to build relationships with children and adults
-Ability to teach KS2/KS3 children
-At least two professional references
-Own means of transport is essential
