An amazing Special Educational needs school in Essex is looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to start work in September or October. You will have access to state of the art facilities to improve the learning and development of learners through interactive learning and ICT. The children at this school have a wide range of learning disabilities and need to learn in a way that is tailored to their individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Supervising and monitoring behaviour
-Supporting progress and development of each learner
-Maintaining positive and appropriate relationships with children
-Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

An ideal candidate may posses the following skills and capabilities:
-Resilience to deal with different types of behaviour
-Good ICT skills
-Ability to teach and coach in an interactive way
-Experience of working with children aged 3-19
