I am recruiting for a supply teaching assistant to support warm and welcoming SEN Schools in the Billingshurst area, so if this role catches your eye then please keep reading!
This particular role is aimed at teaching assistants who are looking for work opportunities. There is plenty of work up for grabs so candidates will always be kept busy. Through choosing a supply role you are given the flexibility to choose the days you would like work and these roles could potentially lead to long-term and permanent roles in one of my schools. By working as supply you will make sure that you are working in a school that you love before potentially going into a permanent position.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
* Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher
* Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
* Supervising and monitoring the students

Requirements:
* Able to support the general well-being of students
* Be able to build positive and appropriate relationships with students and teachers
* Have a passion for working with SEN children
* Own means of transport is essential
* Being able to work full time is desirable but not essential
