With several students to your class, you will encourage and mentor your students to overcome any barriers to learning. With your passion and enthusiasm, students will look up to you as an influential role model. In addition, you will have free training each week to help you develop your skills and build your knowledge of working with special educational needs.

Job responsibilities:
- To engage in learning speech and language techniques
- Provide support for all students and understand each students social and emotional needs
- Participate in school meetings and training opportunities
- Assist main teacher to include any information for independent learning plans
- Help students to effectively communicate with peers and staff


Key skills:
- Have experience working with Special educational needs, nursing or support worker roles
- Own means of transport (as public services cannot be accessed here)
- Adaptable to work with students in KS1- College level
- Passionate to help students progress to the next level of learning
