Have you experience working with therapy specialists? Can you support student progression? Do you have creative skills?

Forest Schools, Trampoline therapy and exploring the visual gardens will be on the agenda for your academic day. You will work alongside students with Autism and speech and language needs to participate in creative activities.

Job responsibilities:
- Encourage students to communicate effectively with peers and staff.
- Participate in all activities
- Support main teacher to build students key life skills
- Attend meetings and training opportunities each week
- To understand the social and emotional needs of each student

Key Skills:
- Understand the needs of each student
- Experience working alongside students with Autism and speech and language needs
- Have own means of transport
- Adaptable to work with students in KS1- College level
