A specialised school in Cranleigh are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support to students using a practical and interactive curriculum. Your responsibilities will include:
-Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
-Providing feedback to teachers on students' progress and development
-Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
-Supervising and monitoring children's behaviour
-Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher

An ideal candidate may possess the following:
-An ability to build positive and appropriate relationships with students and teachers
-A passion for working with SEN children
-Their own means of transport (this is essential)
-An ability to support the general well-being of students
-Good numeracy and literacy skills
