Working alongside the ABA curriculum you will participate in sessions each week to enhance your skills of supporting students with Autism and speech and language needs. In addition, you will put your skills into practice in interactive and practical sessions.

Job responsibilities:
- Work alongside each student to help them overcome any barriers to learning
- To shadow the main teacher to fully understand the structure of the classroom
- Attend meetings and training sessions each week
- Participate in all physical and theoretical activities
- Gain understanding of Autism and Speech and language needs through theoretical practice

Key Skills:
- Must have experienced in SEN education, Care, Support worker or nursing roles
- Motivated to improve skills and dedicated to pursue training
- Must have own means of transport
