With a specialised curriculum in CABAS and ABA, this role involves shadowing the main teacher to support students with Autism and speech and language needs, helping them to participate in therapy sessions and outdoor educational schemes. In addition, the successful candidate will participate in weekly sessions to explore different techniques and strategies for educational planning and sessions.

Job responsibilities:
- Participate alongside your students to encourage development and learning in specialised therapy sessions
- Attend weekly meetings and extra training days
- Provide personal care and understand the social and emotional needs of each student
- Engage in specialised training sessions to develop your knowledge and understanding of the CABAS Curriculum
- Shadow the main teacher to learn how to use skills in the classroom and on outdoor educational trips
- Feedback to the main tutor regarding skills implemented in the classroom, what went well and areas for improvement


Key requirements:
- Experience in SEN, Education, Nursing or Support Work
- An eagerness to develop skills
- Own means of transport
- C-grades or above in Maths and English
