This school are looking for dedicated Teaching assistants who are looking to progress their potential in a specialised CABAS curriculum focusing on Autism and speech and language needs.

Job responsibilities:
- Attend meetings and training sessions each week
- To shadow the main teacher to fully understand the structure of the classroom
- Participate in all physical and theoretical activities
- Work alongside each student to help them overcome any barriers to learning
- Gain understanding of Autism and Speech and language needs through theoretical practice
- Attend a theoretical day to support your understanding of the CABAS curriculum

Key Skills:
- Must have experienced in SEN education, Care, Support worker or nursing roles
- Must have own means of transport
- Motivated to improve skills and dedicated to pursuing training
