Do you have a portfolio of great educational projects and would like to develop on it?

Im working with a studio that has been named numerous times "The world's most innovative architecture firm" The educational project team are looking for a Revit Architect that has been exposed to running educational schemes from start to finish. Founded in the early 40s they have offices around the world with over 800 staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing design concepts based on the clients brief

- Developing the project across all RIBA work stages

- Preparing drawing packages, with assistance from Technical

- Reporting to Directors on your working progress

- Present and meet with clients, advising on best options for their needs

- Developing delivery drawings in Revit

- Being on site coordinating technical drawings towards delivery.

RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

The following requirements are essential to this position:

RIBA/ARB Architect

A good working knowledge of current Planning and Building Regulation legislation is important.

Previous experience of delivering Educational projects

Strong Revit Skills

Experience working across RIBA stages

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of Revit BIM to level 2 standards

Knowledge of AutoCAD

ARB or RIBA Registered
