Senior Architect

A prestigious architectural practice has a vacancy for a talented Part 3 qualified architect to become a key member of our friendly team in their central London studio. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of project uses and scales, following projects from concept through to construction.

Their dynamic, growing central London studio has a requirement for an experienced qualified architect with at least three years proven UK experience on medium to larger projects.

You must be capable of working independently or as part of a team on a design-led international project. They are looking for a good 'all-rounder' with experience in the commercial and public building sectors, you must be able to coordinate and produce detailed drawing packages.

The ideal candidate will have the following attitude and experience:



* a talented and ambitious designer with a strong technical understanding
* experience of package/job running on projects in the UK
* experience of design coordination of projects through tender and construction
* confident managing consultants and project stakeholders
* competent working in Revit and Rhino BIM environments
* strong detailing ability and technical knowledge
* good knowledge of UK regulations and approvals processes
* experience of preparing specifications
* ability to sketch freehand and communicate your ideas graphically.
* excellent organisational and time management skills
* a desire to contribute to building team and organisational culture - developing people, processes and standards
