Are you a Senior Design Manager? Currently looking for a new role? Have experience with commercial works?

Randstad are currently recruiting for a Senior Design Manager to work in Swansea on a permanent basis. Working directly with the client, they are aiming to recruit someone with sufficient design experience and faultless designing ability.

The role;

- Manage off site design process on stage 1/2 of tenders in accordance with design management process and procedures

- Manage on site design process at stage 4/5 in accordance with design management process and procedures

- Review tender information

- Verify that existing tender design information is compliant and affordable

- Assess all novated design team members

- Establish a common data environment

- Produce the draft design management plan and BIM execution plan

The ideal candidate;

- Experience in similar roles.

- Experience of financially larger projects.

- CSCS card.

- Relevant qualifications
