Senior Electrical Project Manager - £60,000 to £70,000 per annum - Brighton

Are you capable of delivering on key contracts for a leading M&E Fit-out contractor?

Do you find building rapport with clients an enjoyable and key part of your role?

My client are a South Coast based Contractor working with some of the most well known high-street brands, completing M&E fit-out projects across the UK.

They are looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their thriving delivery team to head up a key contract for them, arguably their most profitable contract in fact.

Duties & Expectations for a Senior Electrical Project Manager in this organisation:



* Establishing and maintaining key client relationships
* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement
* Handover

Package for a Senior Electrical Project Manager:



* Starting Salary of £60,000 to £70,000 neg.
* Up to 20% bonus depending on company performance
