Job Title - Senior Estimator

Salary - £80,000 + package

My client was established 30 years ago and they are the leading construction service provider specialising in high quality fit out, refurbishments and data centre projects in London and across the UK. They are experienced in delivering high-end projects up to £30m and are currently turning over £120m.

The company are currently searching for a Senior PEstimator to join the business working on the larger projects and require someone with a good knowledge in construction and structural refurbishments.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

* Review plans and architectural drawings; prepare quantity take-offs on assigned projects..
* Compute cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work; preparing bids; selecting vendors or subcontractors; and determining cost effectiveness.
* Researching costs for materials, equipment and labour etc.
* Organising quotes from sub contractors / suppliers.
* Preparing / submitting quotations for work.
* Assisting bids on new contracts
* Monitoring the stages of a project to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts.
* Attending the tender review meetings.


* Must have fit out experinece within the commercial sector
* Must have at least 7 years experience as an Estimator
