Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

I am currently looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor at a senior level for a leading main contractor.

The M&E QS will be based on a £25 million MEP project in South West London, as the lead MEP QS. This project is a large development of 110 residential properties. This particular project will end by August 2018, however my client have a healthy pipe line of work for 2019 and onwards.

This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience working for one of the largest main contractors with a successful MEP team. The M&E QS will need experience on a project from start to fnish.

See below typical duties which may change depending on project and experience level:



* Cost Value reconciliations (CVRs)
* Cash Flow forecasting
* Management of subcontractor accounts
* Negotiation of variations, calculations & settlement of final accounts
* Procurement of specialist Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractors
* Managing monthly project cost reports in time for monthly Directors meetings
* Preparation of monthly Project Valuations and preparation of Project Final Account

Candidate requirements:



* Ambitious and enthusiastic towards their career and projects

* Experience working within an M&E Contractor or an MEP division of a main contractor
