Senior Customer Service Advisor

Do you wish to further develop your customer service skills in the industry of Finance within a leading organisation? Are you ready to move forward in your customer service career? This role is paying £21,500 and is Located in Sunderland.

This company looks at "how" goals are achieved rather than "what" is achieved, which shows how important it is to implement excellent customer service towards Community Banking.

Hours - Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Location - Sunderland
Starting Salary - £21,500

Whilst working for this leading financial company you will be required to undertake the following tasks:



* You'll identify and escalate ideas for operational process improvements to deliver a better service for our customers and/or improve efficiency
* You'll solve mortgage queries and complaints as they arise or know how and where to escalate these to
* You'll resolve complex customer issues by applying initiative and the appropriate empowerment to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer
* You'll build relationships across the local community to ensure that Barclays is sensitive to the community's needs and recognized as an active contributor to it
* You'll use your own initiative to monitor your performance and develop the knowledge and skills that you need to be the best you can be

Person Specification
* Excellent customer service skills
* Find solutions for customers in distress or with serious complaints
* In-depth knowledge of ability to interpret a range of processes and policies
* Strong communication skills

The Next Steps

* If you pass this test, you will be submitted for a face to face interview
