Senior Performance Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Performance Analyst based in a Local Authority in East London.

Post: Senior Performance Analyst

Rate: Circa £198 - £252 a day

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to manage the day to day operations of the performance management and report requirements for the council's adult social care and integrated care services.

The main duties of the role are as followings;

* To ensure that intelligence and performance for Health, Adults & Communities is coordinated and comprehensive to facilitate the development of recommendations that lead to decisions that are based on the best possible evidence.
* To facilitate Health, Adults & Communities to develop proactive products which lead to solutions that improve outcomes for residents and communities.
* To ensure there is appropriate accountability and transparency of the council's performance to residents and customers, partners and regulators.


* Social housing experience.
* An expert understanding of performance management relating to adult social care and integrated care services.
* Standard DBS check will be required.
