Senior Planner- Residential Developer

Are you a highly competent and ambitious Senior Planner looking for a new challenge in a company that can offer a healthy pipeline of work with the potential to grow and develop a team beneath yourself?

My client, an In House Developer is looking for a Senior Planner to head up the Essex region which is the most exciting part of the business with a large portfolio of work to keep you busy for the next 15 years in a mixture of RC Frame, Traditional and Modular Build projects! Reporting into the Head of Planning, you will be responsible for the Pre-Construction Planning and programming on the schemes.

The office In Essex is easily accessible by public transport and private vehicle.

Key Skills

* Previous Experience of similar role with a Residential Developer, Housing Association or Main Contractor
* Experience in Offsite Construction desirable
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong communication
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
* Full UK Driving License
