Job Title: Planner - London

Salary - up to £80,000

Looking for your next planning opportunity, tired of planning run of the mill schemes? Then look no further!

My client a top tier Contractor in the London market needs you!

You will be working autonomously, reporting into a Project Director whilst working closely with the whole project team. You will be fully conversant with ASTA.

The project is a 3 phased scheme, the initial phase is extremely difficult logistically and form a build perspective. You must have a strong structural and build background and be used to working on a "live" project.

You will:

* Have a complete working knowledge of CP analysis and LOB
* Develop Contract programmes and monthly monitoring advising on key risks at all times
* Develop Design programmes for the Design Manager and monthly monitoring
* Develop Procurement programmes for the Project Surveyor and monthly monitoring
* Develop Construction programmes and monthly monitoring
* Develop Trade programmes to support sub contract procurement
* Develop short term target programmes to ensure the Project Team are fully aware of the key milestones
* Provide support on logistics planning and provide plans / diagrams to support
* Attend design, project and sub-contractor meetings as required
