Are you an experienced planning officer looking for a new role? Our client are a local authority based in South London who are looking to recruit a Senior Development management Town planner to join the team. Previous experience at senior level is not required however you would need at least 3 year DM experience

Initially 6 months contracts the positions have the opportunity to move onto ongoing assignments.


The suitable candidate would need to have working knowledge of dealing with planning application and also have dealt a large case load of applications (the client would consider both candidates with UK and non UK planning back grounds)

This particualr role will have a focus on major and strategic application but will also involve dealing with some complex minors.

The contract would be for an initial 6 months with a view to be an ongoing contract. Rates for the position range from £28-£33 per hour.
