Are you a Project Manager? Are you looking for the chance to work as a number 1 on a very interesting project? If so, this is the perfect opportunity!

My client is a very interesting main contractor with an extensive order book and stable career history. They are seeking candidates who show ambition and carry a strong work ethic for a Senior Project Manager position. It is to work as a number 1 on a very interesting mixed use development worth around £20m.

It is a cut and care project with retained facade and structural refurb elements. In addidtion to this, there is also a degree of demolition and new build. Due to this, candidates must have previous cut and carve refurb and retained facade experience.

This is a very interesting and exciting opportunity. For the right candidate, we can pay up to £95,000 + package.

Key Requirements:

Experience of having worked on cut and carve and retained facade projects.

Show excellent communication skills and able to communicate appropriately with all levels of personnel.
