Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Salary: £100,000 + package

My client was established 30 years ago and they are the leading construction service provider specialising in high quality fit out, refurbishments and data centre projects in London and across the UK. They are experienced in delivering high-end projects up to £30m and are currently turning over £120m.

The company are currently searching for a Senior Project Manager to join the business working on the larger projects and require someone with a good knowledge in construction and structural refurbishments.

The Senior Project Manager's role is:

- To manage projects from the tender/bid stage all the way through to completion

- Overseeing larger scale projects (£20m-£30m)

- Be confident in presenting to professional teams

- Manage sub-contractors, site managers and site teams and take ownership of all aspects of the build process

- Building and maintaining good client relationships

- Controlling all financial aspects of a project from tender and negotiation to managing a contingency and improve the gross profit on the contract
