Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for an exciting flagship project in the North East of England?

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to lead a £100m+ project in the North East. The roll will be reporting directly to the Construction Director and will have number of Site Managers reporting below. This project will consist of Port handling facilities, Product storage facilities, loading equipment and screening facilities.

Package & Benefits:

Up to £80k Basic salary

Car allowance


Key responsibilities:

* Leading regular site meeting with project team
* Conducting regular site safety checks
* Ensuring the project runs to program and budget
* Ensuring the project team comply with the Companies Business Management System
* Maintaining effective long term relationships with the customer and their representatives/ advisors
* Monitoring, support, mentoring and counselling members of the project team in their personal development
* Weekly review of progress against Target Programme


* Previous Project Management experience working with large £100m+ projects
* Experience of project planning
* Must have prior industrial experience
* Minimum HNC qualified
* Professional qualification
* High level of leadership and management skills
* Relevant sectors: Industrial
