Are you looking for a site based Project Manager job on a large £20m commercial office refurbishment in North West London?

The position is Lead Project Manager role reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, with an on site team reporting to you, to manage the subcontractors and ensure the timely delivery of the project to a good quality.

The client requires someone with experience specifically in commercial refurbishment projects of a similar size, with supporting references. This role will start in mid/late June 2018 and runs for approximately 12 months.

Expected duties and responsibilities:

* Oversee, lead and manage site operations and the performance of subcontractors
* Ensuring that all work is carried out safely at all times
* Agreed timescales are met and to the highest standards of workmanship
* Must be able to use own initiative and be self- motivated
* Understanding of contractual processes


* Ideally experience of managing fit out project values from £10m+
* SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card
* Fully experienced in delivering projects from point of sale to completion on site
* Confident with programming using Microsoft Projects/Asta
* Ability to take full control and responsibility for delivery, health & safety and quality aspects.
* Fully conversant with specifications/drawings, Bills of Quantities, CDM regulations and all relevant Health & Safety legislation.
* Experience in working closely with clients and professional teams and maintaining and developing the client relationship
* Interested in working on a freelance/temp to perm basis
