Randstad are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a regional contractor with work across Thames Valley, Oxford. Due to key clients and repeat business the have secured a new commercial scheme valued circa of 14 million, this contract will commence middle of Q2.

Role & Responsibilities:

As part of our clients continued success and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join their highly professional and experienced team.

The Project Manager would be permanently based on site & responsible for all on site duties, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager and Operations Director.

The Project Manager would have a proven track record delivering projects up to £20 Million within a range of sectors, he would will work closely with the commercial team and senior managers to achieve the expected net profit for each & complete the contract on time and to budget.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction Senior Project Manager; preferably with commercial, education or health care experience that you have gained with a National Main contractor. You will have an excellent commercial awareness about you; along with strong profit and loss management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast paced, successful and driven construction team.
