Our National House Builder client are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on multiple traditional build developments across East Yorkshire and surrounding areas. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be running a number of developments at once. This is an amazing opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join this house builder who is after the opportunity to work on some challenging projects, whilst working for a top 10 National House Builder.

Working for an industry leader within house building, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have good longevity with their current company, they are looking for someone to grow within the business and loyalty is important to them. As this is a more senior role you must have a minimum of 5 years experience. BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar in a commercial related course is essential. Previous recent experience running multi-unit residential schemes and drivers licence is also essential.
