Senior Quantity Surveyor

Seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on long term major project for a very reputable residential developer in London (Zone 2).

You will be responsible for being lead surveyor on brand new phase consisting of 250 unit residential block and will start on site in Oct 2018. It is split into 5 cores and goes up to 13 levels (RC Frame) with build circa £60m.

You will also be responsible for mentoring/managing an Assistant QS/Quantity Surveyor while reporting into the Project Commercial Director.

Requirements



* At least 6 - 10 years experience working within a QS position in the UK
* An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry
* Main contractor/developer experience desired but not essential
* RC Frame experience needed
* Experience needed on major project and been on project from inception to final accounts
* Strong references
* Computer literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid commercial acumen
* Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
