Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to work for one of the UK's biggest developers with long term stability and strong pipeline of work? Do you want to find a better work/life balance?

If so I am seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run traditional build, residential long term projects for an award winning developer in North West London, build costs from £20m - £100m .

You will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion while managing AQS/QS.

Requirements:

- At least 7 - 10 years experience working in a QS position in the UK
- Traditional build experience needed

- Developer experience

- Overseen a projects within the region of £20m+ from cradle to grave

- Computer literate

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong references

- Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
