Senior Site Manager

Bolton, Wigan and Manchester areas

£50,000 - £55,000 + Negotiable Package

The Client

A leading national contractor with an outstanding reputation and 50+ years track record are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team. This business delivers a variety of residential builds. With a strong pipeline of profitable and well planned schemes secured, this business offer a rare opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to start on an exciting high end house build scheme in Greater Manchester with a look at moving on to other large sites around the North West.

Working within the business

You will be reporting in to the Contracts Director who overseas all of the operations in the North West with revenue for that sector in excess of £100 million. The types of residential works they cover are high specification across traditional and wooden frame, large mansion renovations and builds and they do work with some local housing associations too. You will be in charge of overseeing the day to day running of the site this will include all of the Health, Safety and Environmental checks, Regular meetings, Following drawing's and ensuring that all of the work is done to the highest of standards in every unit.

The successful candidate will likely have -

* Projects up to £6 million
* NHBC Accreditation (preferable)
* Housing experience
* Large project portfolio

The company at the moment are actively looking for this position due to a massive amount of work being booked in over the next 48 months across multiple sites across the North West of England. The current hierarchy of the team is that the Senior Site Managers oversee the whole site with Site Foreman's reporting in to them ensuring the that Sub Contractors are doing there jobs to a good standard. The Senior Site Manager reports directly in the Regional Contracts Manager.
