Senior Site Manager
South London
Up to £65,000 + Package

I am currently working with a medium sized, traditional Main Contractor who have, over the years, gained an excellent reputation for being incredibly reliable and delivering high standard work. They are currently looking for a Senior Site Manager for projects across South London across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Sports, Churches, Schools, High End Residential and Developments.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Number 1 on sites from £1m to £5m + and, depending on complexity, being the sole manager on site or in charge of one or more site managers, assistants or forepersons
- Report into Project Director
- Being accountable for the site administration, record keeping and reporting documents and be in charge of Health & Safety and the Welfare of the site team

Requirements for this role include:

- Worked on similar sized projects
- Experience working for an established Main Contractor
- Manage a variety of different packages on site
- Strong track record of delivering projects in a timely manner
