Are you a Senior Site Manager that has experience running new build school schemes?

If so this is a great opportunity for an experienced school builder to join a Tier 1 main contractor.

My client is a reputable main contractor in the UK, they pride themselves on being forward thinking and have an excellent reputation for the development of their staff. They operate across a range of sectors and have solid pipeline of work.

The project is due to start in the next 4 weeks and will be running for the next 3 years at a value of £25M.

Responsibilities:



* Manage the site and ensuring the work is completed safely, on time,
* Effectively organising and managing the site activities
* Assist the Senior Site Manager in achieving the company targets and timelines.
* Lead tool box talks and maintain records
* Manage your team
* Report to the Project Manager

Requirements:



* You must be commercially minded and understand budgets, variations and costs.
* You have a proven track record of managing similar schemes
* You must have excellent time management and be proactive
