Have you got experience delivering on residential developments? Are you able to motivate and manage sub contractors to deliver effectively within program? If so this may be the opportunity for you.

I am currently working with a contractor on an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to work on a £100 mill project delivering the frame and external works. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct management of a team of 4 comprising of assistant managers and engineers and should therefore have previous experience with this.

Responsibilities:

* Reporting directly into the Project Manager, taking responsibility for the day to day running and problem solving of the area of the site they are responsible for.
* Managing sub contractors and trades in order to deliver within program
* Ensuring health and safety on site

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates
* Proven track record on a project from start to finish
* Contractor or Developer experience
