How would you like to work with and manage some large institutional property portfolios? The client possesses huge amounts of assets and property, and they will need YOUR help and expertise in how best to utilise their properties or in finding extra value.

Your commercially minded experience will mean you will get involved in the real strategy of what the clients should do, meaning that you will spearhead the growth and direction of the portfolio


* The chance to play a part in the strategy and direction of several large property portfolios owned by public sector entities.
* A competitive salary of up to 45k dependent of experience
* Working with diverse properties across all sectors

* Advising the clients on several matters such as Occupier Services, Landlord Services, L&T, development, asset management, accommodation utilisation and more
* Providing commercial solutions in either joint venture arrangements, sale and leaseback and future strategy.
* Consulting with stakeholders to create a clear strategy for the portfolio going forward.
* Helping junior surveyors to help them reach chartered status


* MRICS qualified
* Preferred experience within General Practice as a whole
* Understanding and experience of working in the public sector is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of the Salford area is essential
