My client, a renowned housing developer is on the lookout for a Senior Technical Manager to deliver a brand-new project in the West London region.

I am currently working with one of the UK's leading housing developers, having a broad range of properties all over London. My client has a substantial presence in the property development market, over the years my client has a built a reputation renowned for its enthusiastic drive to make a difference and ensure the highest of quality is maintained within the project.

The desired Design Manager is responsible for work on complex technical projects, and is expected to manage multiple projects and work streams concurrently.

Duties for this role include:

* Managing the project delivery to meet both cost and quality targets within the programme.
* Working collaboratively with the commercial and construction teams on site.
* Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and external consultants.
* Managing, guiding, and training other technical managers and coordinators below you.
* Identifying and resolving design and construction problems

Requirements for this role include:

* Experience in previous residential schemes
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong track record of delivering projects in a timely manner
