Service Desk Analyst - Poole - £18,000 to £21,000

A well regarded managed service provider is looking to further bolster its Service Desk team. You will be responsible for handling 1st line calls and emails to provide customers with technical support - first time fix and/or escalate these queries to the 2nd / 3rd line team.

You will have excellent customer services skills, a strong interest in IT and ideally have some previous experience working on a service desk. It's important you are a strong communicator and team player with a thirst for knowledge and professional development - the company will pay for your certifications!

As the successful candidate you must have provided support on:

- Microsoft Windows 7 +

- MS Office 10

- Experience of office 365 would be an advantage

- Active Directory
