Service Planner - Manchester M40- Leading Company

Are you a motivated and customer focused administrator seeking work in Manchester?

Do you have experience of scheduling, planning or customer servies?

Our leading property client is seeking a driven and motivated Service Planner to join the team in Manchester. Your primary focus will be to undertake the coordination and planning of FM activities and to assist the Regional FM with the day to day administration, Planning of Works, Raising and Receipting of Purchase Orders.

* Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests responding to and directing queries as appropriate.
* Monitoring reactive job requests to ensure timely completion, escalating any issues to the Workplace Manager / Regional Manager/Business Support Manager accordingly.
* Liaise in the co-ordination of specialist sub-contractor and engineers planned maintenance visits & reactive call outs.
* Interpret and log requests, inputting details into an in-house system, providing and tracking regular updates to the status of the request through to work complete status in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Understand, identify and apply the SLA for each service request and set expectation with customer.
* Sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on the correct skills sets, geographical location and service delivery arrangements.
* Re-plan/assign as required to manage workload and priorities of response.
* Meet SLA targets and respond to customer demands.
* Assist with the control of contractors on site, Notifying sites of Contractor Visits

* Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests
* Ensure site risk assessments and specialist sub-contractors risk assessments are in place before work commences and up to date, along with associated insurances
* Logging of Near Misses
* Tracking quotes from request to completion for extra works and those over the comprehensive limit.
* Maintaining customer PO records for reconciliation purposes
* Use of Coupa to raise and Receipt Purchase Orders for Reactive tasks and extra works

* Awareness of Comprehensive tasks and Warranty works


5 years' experience in a similar coordination role within an FM or building services contract is preferable, as is a recognised health & safety qualification
