Company Overview

Are you looking to work with a growing and successful Local Authority in the North East? If so, they are looking to recruit an experienced mobile scheme manager to manage a sheltered accommodation scheme. This is a temporary contract starting ASAP which will be ongoing for a minimum period of a couple of months.

Your Package

- Monday to Friday
- 37 hours
- £9 - £11

Your Responsibilities

- Working within the Older Persons Housing Service to be a Mobile Scheme Officer, providing housing support to Gateshead's older residents across the borough
- Monitoring support plans, carrying our home visits and be expected to provide a direct response to emergency situations. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under your own initiative are essential.
- Providing residents with advice and support as well as liaising with any other professional bodies where appropriate
- Supervising communal areas and the schemes facilities
- Maintaining up to date records
- This is a non-exhaustive list of duties

Your Skills/ Experienced

- Relevant experience in the field of housing, support or social care
- Driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- IT Literate
