Are you interested in a Site Manager position on a £2.5m CAT B commercial office refurbishment in central London?

The position is for an experienced Site Manager, reporting to a visiting Project Manager to work on a CAT B office refurbishment over 6 weeks. You will need to motivate, drive workers on site and manage the subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered on time, to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have experience specifically in CAT B commercial office refurbishment valuing £2.5M and will have supporting references on a project of a similar size.

The Site Manager requirements:



* SMSTS
* CSCS card
* First Aid
* Worked on CAT B office fit out projects £1.5m+
* Carpentry background preferable

Duties:



* Oversee subcontractors on site and report in to a Project Manager
* Forward thinking and able to work to tight deadlines
* Able to plan ahead and establish solutions with the PM to overcome any problems/issues that may arise
* Trade background would be preferable or with excellent attention to detail
* Confident with finishing trades and compiling/completing snagging lists
* Looking for freelance work
