Senior Site Manager

Are you a Site Manager looking to join a Contractor with a range of projects from education to residential to MOD?

The Client: Award Winning Main Contractor seeking a Senior Site Manager to manage a variety of projects including MOD, Education and Residential. You will initially be joining a commercial project in East Sussex to the value of £20 million.

Once complete, you will be moved to a project within Sussex or Surrey consisting of either healthcare, education or residential.

Position: Seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager reporting to visiting Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for day to day running of the project, H&S and programme.

Requirements



* Ideally previous experience as a Senior Site Manager working for a Main Contractor
* Project experience in Commercial, Education or Housing
* HNC / HND / Degree in Construction Management is desirable but not a necessity
* Highly Organised
* Work well under pressure
