Site Manager - Top 5 House Builder

Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 + Vehicle or Allowance + Package

Manchester and Greater Manchester sites.

The Company

All of there work is spec. housing of some of the highest quality houses on the market at present. The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing sites as designated by the Contracts Manager. You will have autonomy over the sites with regular support and backing from the company in all work undertaken to ensure quality and consistency.

Some of the daily duties are -



* Health and Safety and environment checks
* Inductions
* Tool Box Talks
* Progress meetings and liaising with all of the stakeholders throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have -



* 5+ year's with a Main Contractor House Builder
* Extensive Construction Knowledge
* NHBC Award Winner
* Worked for competitors within the sector.
