Are you a Site Manager with experience of working for leading house builders, working as part of a Site Management team on sizeable new build projects? Do you want to work for a multiple award winning , design led developer as a Site Manager reporting into a Projects Manager, and have the support of an experienced Assistant Site Manager?

Location: Billingshurst

Contract Type: Perm

Start: ASAP

Salary: £52 - 58k + car allowance, pension, bonus

The project has been running for about 6 months and is just ramping up. We are now looking to appoint a Site Manager who will lead the day to day activity on site and free up the Project Manager to take responsible for infrastructure, services, utilities etc. The client is a leading national developer with design flair and an eye for detail. The company tend to get exisitng Site Managers involved in new projects from a very early stage, and their staff retention is very high.

CSCS, First Aid at Work, SMSTS

Experience with a house builder or main contractor as a No1 Site Manager leading multi unit new build housing projects
