Are you a Site Manager with experience of working for a house builder, or have you worked for a main contractor leading new build housing schemes? Do you want to work for a new build residential contractor as a Site Manager reporting into a Project Manager, taking responsibility for your own phase of a large new build scheme near Burgess Hill?

Location: Burgess Hill

Salary: £48 - 55k + car allowance, pension, bonus

The project is live with multiple phases running, with a Site Manager on each reporting to the Project Manager. We are now looking to appoint a Site Manager who will lead a new phase from the start. The client is a medium sized developer with design flair and an eye for detail. The company tend to get Site Managers involved in new projects from a very early stage, and their staff retention is very high.

Requirements:

CSCS, First Aid at Work, SMSTS

Experience with a house builder or main contractor as a No1 Site Manager leading multi unit new build housing projects

A desire to produce a high quality product and appreciate ongoing training and professional development.
