Retail/Hospitality Site Manager required - Immediate requirement - £200 - £260/day

Randstad are recruiting for a principle contractor covering London for all Retail/Hospitality fit outs. Services range from refurbishments to High street shops and restaurants as well as some new build/extensions.

The first project is to be completed in 4 weeks and is valued at £500k.

The successful candidate will be motivated, used to working in a fast paced fit out environment and have the ability to drive the workers on site. Experience in retail/hospitality fit outs is essential, you Will be responsible for overseeing all contractors on site and ensuring a timely and high quality finish.

The Site Manager requirements:

* CSCS card
* First Aid
* Worked on retail/hospitality fit outs
* Joinery background


* Oversee subcontractors on site and report in to the on site Project Manager
* Forward thinking and able to work to tight deadlines
* Able to plan ahead and establish solutions with the PM to overcome any problems/issues that may arise
* Trade background would be preferable or with excellent attention to detail
* Confident with finishing trades and compiling/completing snagging lists
* Looking for freelance work
