A Senior Site Manager is needed to lead a £10m CAT B commercial office refurbishment in central London.

The position is for a Senior Construction Manager to oversee all site related activities.

You will be reporting to a Project Manager, with an on site team reporting to you - to manage the subcontractors and ensure the timely delivery of the project to the required quality.

The client requires someone with experience as a Senior Construction Manager on CAT B office fit out projects of this value previously, with supporting references. The project runs for 10 months and as such you will have the ability to work on fast paced high value projects as a lead.

The Senior Site Manager requirements:

* CSCS card
* First Aid
* Worked on CAT B office fit out projects £8m+
* Carpentry background preferable


* Overseeing subcontractors on site and reporting to the Project Manager
* Forward thinking and able to work to tight deadlines
* Able to plan ahead and establish solutions with the PM to overcome any problems/issues that may arise
* Trade background would be preferable or with excellent attention to detail
* Confident with finishing trades and compiling/completing snagging lists
* Looking for freelance work
